How do I change my email address?

Teach Starter allows you to easily update your personal details, including email, name and username, all from your profile.

To access your profile, click on your face (or Teach Starter logo) in the top right of any page, and then click Settings. This will take you to your profile. 

Click Security, found in the left-hand column, and then click the Edit button to the right of 'Email Address.'

Note that you will need to know your existing password to make changes to these details. If you do not know your password, please log out and reset your password. 

After writing your current password and new email address into the relevant spaces, click 'Update Email Address.' 

If your new email address is not accepted, it may be that we have a second account for you linked to that email address. Please get in touch with support@teachstarter.com and please let us know which account needs to be deleted.
