School or Group Plan Member Can't Login

This usually occurs for one of two reasons:

  1. You have assigned the member a licence, however, they haven't received an email with their login details due to a spam or junk mail filter.

  2. The member has forgotten their password.

In either of these two scenarios, the solution is the same. Please recommend that they reset their password.
