How do I print banners over multiple pages?

Display banners are a great way to create an inviting and inspiring learning area in your classroom. Our display banners have been specifically designed to be printed at any size on a standard A4/Letter printer.

You can find banners here:

Australia | Great Britain, Canada & Europe | United States

Once you have downloaded your banner, open the .pdf file in Adobe Reader.

In Adobe Reader, click on the printer icon to bring up the print dialogue box.

With the print dialogue box open, click on the 'Poster' tab.

Next, adjust the 'Tile Scale' until you have the desired layout displaying in the preview section.

In the example above, we have set the Tile Scale to 92%. This has resulted in a banner that spans three landscape A4/Letter pieces of paper.

Some printers allow you to go as high as 96% for three A4/Letter pages. It might just be a case of trial and error to get the desired layout.

Once you're happy with the preview layout, click 'Print'!

Please Note: the Portrait or Landscape radio buttons do not apply when in Poster Mode. The layout will automatically adjust to portrait or landscape depending on the Tile Scale.
