The number one reason why this occurs is because you have created two Teach Starter accounts. Usually, one account is subscribed to one of our paid plans, while the other is a free account.

You may have signed up to Teach Starter with a school email address and then signed up again with your personal email address. Please try logging in with all of your email accounts to determine whether or not you have a duplicate account.
