There are no lock in contracts, meaning you can cancel and unsubscribe at any time and only pay for the current year’s subscription. You retain total control and security over your payment and account.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Teach Starter account and visiting your subscription page.

On this page, simply click on Edit in the Subscription Renewal section, then Next

Once your subscription is cancelled, you will retain access for the duration of your paid subscription period. At the end of your paid subscription period, your subscription will not renew and will be terminated.

For example: You signed up for a Teach Plus Plan on January 1st, 2019. You cancel your subscription in March 2019. Your subscription will expire on January 1st, 2020.

I signed up via PayPal before November 2013…

Firstly, check to see if you can cancel your subscription via the billing page:

If not, then simply login to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring subscription.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
